Easy and Delicious Keto Avocado Recipes.

The avocados are also prepared to the same size as the cucumbers. After the preparation of the avocados, the cucumbers are blotted. Mint chopped coarsely followed by olive oil are then added. After all the above procedure, the salad is completed by the addition of two table spoon of lime juice and feta crumbles. It should be served cold.

The chocolate avocado keto pudding is yet another recipe. This is one healthy dessert. A teaspoon of vanilla extract, one teaspoon of pink salt, ten drops of stevia, a quarter cocoa powder and one avocado are the required ingredients. Cutting the avocado into two halves and skinning the avocado is the first procedure. The avocado is then placed in a bowl together with the other ingredients. The content is then hand mixed. refrigeration of the mixture then follows. With organic dark cocoa nibs, it should be served cold.

Avocado smoothie is yet another keto avocado recipe. When combined with turmeric and ginger, avocados are good detoxifying agents. The avocado usually helps the two to digest fully. Full fat coconut milk is used in this recipe. With one teaspoon of both spices together with half an avocado, one cup of full-fat coconut milk is added. Addition or lemon or lime juice may also be done. Some chia seeds and grated coconut can also be added on top. Another recipe is the keto pesto hack. The heavy creams associated with pesto are replaced by avocado in this recipe.
